What we actually do
Most dental equipment companies do one of two things: sell boxes, or fix whatever is broken. We do both, plus the part in between — installing the equipment so it works the way the manufacturer intended, in the surgery you actually have.
That covers suction units and amalgam separators, oil-free compressors and air treatment, chairs and delivery units, handpieces and imaging — supplied new, fitted, commissioned, serviced and repaired.
Our background is in dental practice fit-out: cabinetry, flooring, partitions and the utility services underneath them. It is why we can take on a surgery that needs both building work and equipment, and deliver it as one programme rather than two contractors blaming each other.
How we are different
We will tell you when a repair is not worth doing, when the equipment is undersized for the way you work, and when the cheapest option will cost more in two years. Practices come back because of that, not because of the brochure.

Four rules we do not break
Measure before we quote
Suction and compressed air are sized on numbers — chairs, users, pipe runs, pressure at the farthest point. We measure and specify instead of guessing.
Service what we sell
We only supply equipment we can support with parts, documentation and engineers. That is why the brand list is short and deliberate.
Everything in writing
Quotes, service reports, test results and handover notes. You keep a record for your maintenance file and for inspection.
Answer the phone
A dental practice cannot wait a week for a call back. Breakdowns are triaged on the phone and prioritised on weekdays.
