Can you repair dental equipment you did not supply?

Yes. We repair and maintain equipment installed by other companies, including Dürr Dental, Cattani, Ritter, Planmeca, Vatech, Carestream and Dentsply Sirona equipment.

Do you provide emergency call-out?

Yes. Breakdowns that stop a surgery are prioritised and, on weekdays, we aim to attend the same day. Call us and we will triage the fault on the phone first — sometimes there is a safe workaround until an engineer arrives.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in the Midlands (Coventry and Birmingham) and work across the whole UK for equipment, installation and service projects. We are on site fastest in the Midlands; for the rest of the country we plan visits and installations in advance — ask us and we will confirm the date.

How do I get a price for a product?

Add the item to your quote list (or send us the model by phone or email) and we will come back with a price for the equipment, delivery and installation. Dental equipment pricing depends on configuration and site conditions, which is why we quote individually.
