How the promise and the credit work
We keep our own reference of UK dealer prices and check it every month. If you have a written quote for the same Dürr model and the same scope, send it and we will beat it — we do not need it in advance to publish our price.
Found it cheaper? Send it over.
A photo or PDF of the written quotation is enough. We answer with our price and, if it is a like-for-like job, with the lower figure. If we cannot beat it, we will tell you that straight.
